Addresses
We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as it cannot be modified afterward. Large, bulky, or heavy items require a physical street address and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If a physical address is not provided, we will contact you to update it.

Carriers
Most items ship via UPS or USPS, depending on weight. Larger items are shipped with UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping
Overnight shipping is available Monday through Friday. UPS offers Saturday delivery for an additional fee. If you need expedited shipping, contact us before placing your order so we can provide options.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS. Shipping times are typically longer, and additional charges may apply. Free shipping is available only to the continental United States. Contact us before ordering if you are located in these areas.

Free Shipping Eligibility*
Free ground shipping applies only to standard-sized parcels shipped within the continental United States. Oversized, heavy, or freight-only items are excluded from free shipping.

Oversized and Freight Items
Some products are too large, heavy, or bulky to qualify for free ground shipping. These items require UPS, FedEx, or freight service and will display calculated shipping at checkout. If your order contains an oversized or freight-only item, shipping charges will be applied automatically.

Freight Shipping Requirements

Delivery Location
• Must be a commercial business address located in a recognized business district.
• Residential addresses, home workshops, farms, and rural properties do not qualify for standard freight delivery.
• If the carrier classifies your address as residential, additional residential delivery fees will apply.

Access Requirements
• The delivery location must allow a full-size freight truck to enter, unload, and exit safely.
• No tight turns, weight-restricted roads, unpaved driveways, or limited access areas.
• If the carrier cannot reach your address due to access restrictions, redirect fees or return freight charges will be billed to the customer.

Undeliverable Addresses
• Freight deliveries to locations the carrier deems undeliverable may be held at the nearest freight terminal for customer pickup.
• Any terminal storage fees, redelivery fees, or return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Unclaimed freight may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Receiving Requirements
• A forklift or appropriate loading equipment is required for heavy pallets unless liftgate service is requested in advance.
• Liftgate service, inside delivery, and appointment delivery may incur additional charges.
• Someone must be present during normal business hours to sign for freight deliveries. Carriers will not leave freight unattended.

Inspection on Delivery
• All freight must be inspected at delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Deliveries signed as clear without notation are considered accepted in good condition. Damage claims cannot be processed without documentation at the time of delivery.

Reconsignment and Redirects
• Any change of delivery address after the shipment has departed will incur reconsignment or redirect fees charged by the carrier.
• Refused deliveries will result in round-trip freight charges and may be subject to restocking fees.

Handling Time
We aim to process and ship most orders within one business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day.
